Battery operated sensor faucet From Presto, the Squale is a CSA- and ADA-compliant battery operated sensor faucet which, thanks to its auto-adaptive detection system and also its self learning process, features a tap that is free of the most frequent external disturbances. The product also features a mixer lever situated on top for better comfort, a patented limitation system to prevent scalding and a silver based laminated flow device to prevent the formation of bacteria. Now available in Canada and the United States for institutional and commercial use, this faucet exists with or without the mixer lever, and all components are integrated into the tap, including the standard 6V/2CR5 battery, the solenoid and the electronic controls. Therefore, installation time is reduced and the space under the lavatory remains intact. |

Fire rated outlet boxes The Guy Gray FR-12 Series of fire rated outlet boxes from IPS Corp are made of high-temperature resin, are Warnock Hersey Certified and have a 1- and 2-hour fire rating. With the UL-listed Intumescent pad attached to the back of the outlet box, no special wrapping or sheet fabrication is needed. Available in washing machine, ice maker and gas outlet boxes, and are available with most major valve connections. Pre-loaded nails for right or left stud bay installation makes installation easy; simply nail the box into the stud. The FR-12 molded-in test cap for testing of dwv systems will not fall down the drain. One face plate fits all fr-12 series boxes. |

Thermostatic mixing valves Models ZW3870 and ZW3870T are the newest additions to the Aqua Gard line of thermostatic mixing valves from Wilkins, a Zurn Company. The ZW3870 with 3/8" compression fittings is designed for under-the-sink point of use applications. Flows 3.1 gpm at max 45 psi pressure loss; minimum flow rate is 0.5 gpm. Specifically for single- and double-handle faucet and sensor-faucet applications. Utilizes the same wax thermal motor technology as other Aqua Gard tmvs. ZW3870 is a 4-port tmv, while ZW3870T is a 3-port unit. Both come standard with checks and a tamper resistant cap. |
